As we mentioned on our opening page we are very active in the show arena with our beagles. What started out as a desire to own and love this breed has turned into a passion. Here at Cherry Creek Beagles we are very proud of our dogs. We have competed in obedience trials, tracking trials, junior showmanship, and conformation shows. With over 30 years involved in the breed we can help you learn more about this wonderful dog called the beagle. As a service to you we have Champion stud service available to approved bitches, occasional puppies and adult dogs for family pets or serious show people. We have posted here some pictures of our dogs for your enjoyment. If you see a particular dog and would like to know more about him/her e-mail us with your comments or questions. "Mercedes", Ch. Cherry Creek Classy Chassis, has retired from the show arena ranked as one of the "Top 20" 15" beagles in the U.S. for 3 consecutive years! Her years in the Top 20 had her placed as the only bitch in the top 10 15" beagles all 3 years! Mercedes, or as we call her "Sadie" is living the good life at home wathcing over her brood as the Matriarch of Cherry Creek Beagles! |  |
 | Every so often a truly special dog comes along and Checkers definitely provides signs that all is right in the Universe! We are proud to introduce you to Checkers, Ch. Cherry Creek Checkmate, 13". Checkers entered the show ring for the first time at the Greater Clark County Kennel Club shows in Ridgefield, WA on December 6th & 7th, 2008. He managed to win the 13" Variety from the 6-9 month puppy class both days to secure both of his majors! Then to add icing to the cake on Sunday he rose to a Group III placement under Judge Ralph Lemcke! His next adventure took him to Southern California and a very impressive win in the Hound Puppy Group! Checkers returned home to attend the Rose City Classic in Portland, OR where he was the Winners Dog all 4 days to finish his American Championship under judge Jon Cole! We are proud to present a lovely 15" boy from Barrister Beagles we call Solo, Barrister's Single Me Out. His show career started with his appearance at the National Beagle Club Specialty in Estes Park, CO. where he proceeded to win the 15" 6-9 month old puppy class! Solo finished his AKC Championship at the Olympia Dog Fanciers Show under Mr. Skip Herendeen. He is currently available at stud to approved bitches. Contact us for terms and arrangements. |  |
